CBT code for 1970 means it came from a Nova...letter E denotes Eaton Positraction..the number 2 after the G stands for the second shift production. This most likely came from an SS car.

I thought extended model year 69 Camaro also used the C prefix.

I will defer to the Camaro gurus on that [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/worship.gif[/img]...I also remember reading that late 69 Camaros had the 3 letter engine code as well [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/hmmm.gif[/img] I'm sure someone will confirm the facts.

Yup on the good possibility that it could be a late 69 Camaro axle.
