Default Re: M20 wide box

I have a M22W (wide ratio) in my car. This way I get the best of both worlds.....easy taking off and the noise of a M22. The only thing I don't like is the RPM drop from 3rd to 4th at the strip.

THAT is WHY you GO to A 4.56 ratio KURT! Trans End from Jersey made gears for a Muncie about 40 years ago giving you the low first gear and the M21 high grear ratios. Don't even know if they are in business anymore. Put .88's in it Kurt with a taller tire than you have a choice. I hear ya Novadude!!
