I'm really not sure how Concours-Correct you want your car, but it might be a good idea to even consider the extra thick, heat insulator gasket. It raises the carb ub slightly from the the LS-6's pancake aluminum intake for a little more clearance uncer the accelerator pump while preventing vapor lock.
