I love Mammoth! It is named appropriately...that's for sure! Dave McCoy (who used to own Mammoth) was my father's neighbor in Bishop, Ca....off of Line Street. We used to go to Lake Sabrina all the time.

Ah....the good old days

Have fun Tom, there is no more beautiful place in the world than the high Sierras

The price for the done car with the original engine is 43K.I have a WS block stroker engine going together right now, might be on Joe Shermans dyno next week.It could be avail for it.Also have a one of only a handfull Alu block tunnel port RA V engine avail for the car.Anyone interested can email me at .
The car is sitting waiting for a engine to be put in.After it is in it will go to the shop for headliner and package tray.Trying to sell before I have to title and pay tax on it which will only raise the price.Tom

Tom I am a little concerned if this is your idea of slowing down. The car looks great, it is a little late now but what is the stroker motor?

When I bought the car it came with a 69 WS block.I did some checking and found out it is a restamp block.69 RA III blocks are nothing special.Just another 2 bolt block but has a diff code depending if a auto or 4 speed.Anyway,I built it from the block up to look like a RA III engine. The crank is a Ohio crank forged 4.21 stroke unit.Forged H beam rods and Ross 4.155 bore forged dished pistons for 9.5 CR.The heads are correct 69 RA III #48 heads. The cam is a compcams hyd roller with comp lifters. The heads were done by Joe Sherman racing. All new valves springs, retainers etc.H&S full roller rockers.I had nothing to build the engine so had to buy every nut and bolt to build it.It will be a very nice 455 stock looking 400 RA III driver.
