I liked the blue car. It was one of the better buys of the auction. A documented 1 of 96 good color. I think the seller was shocked as were my olds friends. The re-bodied ZL1 went for good money and a rare olds that was admittedly non number matching engine with some heavy body work should have still broke well into the $100ks. But that is the hazard of the no reserve auction.

Note to Charlie.......you should have started the '55, it would have been worth another 200k.
