I'll chime in too and give it a "thumbs up" also. Immediately after ordering it I had second thoughts about it and wished I had browsed through it first at a Barnes & Noble and I really really hoped that it wasn't a re-hash of old information and pictures that have been been repeatedly told & shown over and over for the last 40 years. Well, once I received it I was thrilled to see tons of great new photos and information that was new to me that I'd never seen, heard or read before. Several of my vintage Drag race buddies were impressed with the book also. Doug really did his homework and research and put out a great book well worth the money.

That's the kind of feedback I am looking for. I was thinking the same thing. Same pictures and information that's already out there. Thank you so much for your input. I'll buy the book now.
