That may have been true when the car was first brought to them but it was clarified prior to the brochure being written. Not a huge deal, I am just not understanding why the opinion was asked for, was explained completely and then not done that way.

I understand what you are saying about someone seeking advise and then something different being printed. That part doesn't make sense to me either.
I would consider myself new or a novice when it comes to Motion, Yenko, etc. super car collecting. That being said, with the book that Schorr has written and all the information that has been made available, a person would just about have to have their head buried in the sand not to know most of this.
I knew years ago that a car from Baldwin and modified by Motion was worth way more than a "walk in" car.
I guess if nothing was mentioned about the car coming from another dealership, I would be suspicious.
The thing I question is why would Rosen continue to keep the list of cars secret? Why not make them public?

I'm guessing it will bring what a killer LS6 will bring. One of my favorite LS6 colors.

Read the last line in the description:
It has Strato bucket seats, F41 special suspension, GW8 and G80 Positraction with 4.10 ratio axle, J50 and JL2 power brakes, power front disc brakes, LS6 454/450 HP 4-barrel engine, M22 HD 4-speed transmission, and Z15 SS 454 converter.

I wonder where I can get a Z15 converter? lol

If a new vehicle was purchased/ordered from any dealership with specific intentions of a motion performance conversion/modifaction and soon to be owner had not taken possession until modifactions were completed, then in fact is a Motion car period!

If the Motion mods are not on dealership paperwork and arranged with dealer participation, it isn't the same man.

Agreed, it is a Motion car. But it's not a Baldwin-Motion car and that makes all the difference $$$$.

I agree. The way the description reads, the car was bought and then took to Motion Performance. So it's an "off the street" customer.
Still a very collectable car and I see no problem with it being real.
The only way to know for sure is if there was a list of known built cars. Of course if there was, then we would know how many and that one day they all may be accounted for. Then no more fees could be collected for verifying cars...hmmmm

Why wasn't the car restored with the Motion mods? Why was it only restored with headers? Awesome car by the way!
