In the close up shot of the 12 bolt, it appears that the pass. side frame rail is split / rotted? Or is it the picture?

It was undercoated since new. Frame rails, shock mounts, torque box areas, front subrame, cowl and windshield area, rockers, braces, etc are all rock solid. Typical fender, door and quarter panel rust and the driver's side footwell has two small holes.
