I would say mid to late 70's based upon the decal. The earlier A&A decal was oval shaped.

I wonder how wide those cracks are going to get when they are mounted and aired up?
600.00 or 1000.00 is a big gamble not knowing that.

Brent, for some reason I am thinking A&A, and probably late 70's. I only say this with memory of seeing ads for it in old magazines, but I could be way off.

Yes, they came out in 1974-1975ish and were made by just about every hood scoop company in just about every height. Snorkle scoops were very popular back in the day.
