It's a Muncie service replacement Transmission for a Chevrolet.
C=Chevrolet
T=Transmission
9=1969 model year.
A38524=Stands for the Sequence number.
They started at #35000,and went to 44999.
They went back & reused sequence #'s if need be during every production year,and when they did,they designated it with the letter A first.
