PENNSYLVANIA PACE LICENSE PLATE

For Sale:

State (Commonwealth) of Pennsylvania old, metal license plate from the 60s/70s with the slogan "Pennsylvania Pace" on same. Plate is like new condition and appears to have never been mounted. I believe this is a rare plate. I have not seen another like it.

Rich - judging from the caricature (half elephant/half donkey?) I am thinking it may be a political reference of some sort.

I believe it is a Health Program instituted by the state. "Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly".
