I wanna throw out some congrats to everyone who set new personal bests this weekend:

Owen simpson went 12.7x @ 109 in the '70 copo nova
Donny brass went 13.0x in his L79 vette
And mike (dave mccutcheons buddy) went a 13.59 with his just completed L78 camaro
Tim clary went a 12.2x in his LS6 chevelle

Plus there was Tom Hoovers 64 max wedge Plymouth that came all the way from Virginia and ran 11.60 [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/headbang.gif[/img] along with the regular line up of 69 Corvettes that were running deep into the 11.40's. Congrats to the Simpson family for being the overall winner of the event with Copo Petes white 69 ZL1 Camaro, capably driven by one of his sons all through the event.

It was a beautiful weekend for drag racing !!
