Wire feed spray welding for rust repair

I have a little rust around the lip of my quarters so I bought full quarters to fix it right. I hate to replace the entire panel because I would lose the factory spot welds and the rust is minimal. The place I was thinking of using is a rust busters franchise and gives a 10 year guarantee. I have seen before and after pics and it looks to good to be true so I am afraid to pull the trigger.
