Yes he did Bill - several in fact, maybe 5 or 6. Best was the last one of the day @ 15.3x. Traction/shifter limited......plus that is not the same short block from back inthe 80's.

Dave (he came up too) and I never knew that back in the day Eddie never let anyone (including my Dad) drive that car so believe it or not this was his very first time taking that car down the 1/4 mile. Priceless memories for us. I'll post some pics tonight or tomorrow, we were away all weekend.

I want to add my thanks to the Clary family for hosting SCR 14 Reunion and pairing it with some fine 1/4 mile experience at Route 66 Raceway. This was my first trip to Route 66 but I'll sure be back for SCR 15.

Really looks like a great time at the new location! I would love to make it out next year. How was Thursday night? That is usually my favorite part.

Yes I did, and I never missed a gear all day--Cousin Eddie would have been proud.
