One of the major issues in installing a LS engine in a 66 "B" body is the oil pan, the 66 has the steering behind the crossmember and causes some major pan modifications to a stock factory rear sump pan.....The GTO pan is a front sump so it needed to be changed anyway.....So....Holley just came out with a pan that is supposed to make everything fit so I went ahead and ordered one and it showed up today.....Christmas in July...
I'll get it put on in a day or two and should be test fitting the engine into the Impala next week...Here we go!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
