So I guess I'll have to answer my own question based upon the final sale price for the '68 survivor. It would appear to me that the '68 Yenko Corvette, survivor with great paperwork or not, still doesn't appear to be as desirable to many as, say, a 1969 Yenko Camaro.
Maybe it's because I happen to be a huge fan of the early ('68-'72) C3 Corvettes but, I think I'd value that 'Vette just as highly as the more common Camaros but, what do I know?
