My thoughts as well... I don't get it. If you have an original car and VIN... regardless of it's condition... why would you even put it in the mix if you're building a car with a Dynacorn body and can't use that VIN? Are you saying you surrender the original VIN tag and then get a state issued VIN? In that case just call it a kit car and get a state issued VIN. Am I missing something?
