I have just run across some day 2 Mr Gasket valve covers that I have never seen before:
     Anyone know anything about these? I am guessing pre-69 as it has the weird breather cage, but maybe the other side had some sort of adapter that allowed the cap to be twisted on. Unfortunately all I have is pictured
