The dry dock is not so dry........

From the Pillar on the left side to the railroad tracks is supposed to be dry land

well, the river is *supposed* to crest today, but with another week of storms predicted, we will see what happens, current river stage is 45 feet, and it is supposed to crest at 45.6 feet.
