Kim,

I have a 10D built L78 El Camino and have RPO NA9. I do not have the moulded hose set up you mentioned. Also, the tee, part 10, is metal. I believe the part number of my canister is 7028024 and has a two letter code and date stamped into the top. I think the routing to the PCV is a bit different too. I think I have a J type moulded hose that is connected from the tee to the PCV. It doesn't have the straight one or two inch piece of hose. It's more like 6 - 10 inches long and hooked like a J. All this is from memory, but I do still have all my original hoses. They're in boxes somewhere in my garage.
