Default Re: 1967 Camaro BB Front Spring Tags

Hi, Steve,
Yes, I do remember wayback when we chatted. I've been away from the hobby for a while, putting the cars a bit on the back burner while we built a new custom home and got settled in. It's been a big distraction for quite a while.

15 years? Wow, time flies. Do you still have your car?

The thing that I'm wondering about is if the Van Nuys plant may have used different spring part numbers than Norwood did, which might explain the difference in the tag color scheme. I'm not clear if the YG spring was unique to Van Nuys because of the extra weight of the smog system that was on Van Nuys-built L78 Camaros.

There aren't many of the Ven Nuys built '67 L78 Camaros around, so the information on the Van Nuys specific stuff is pretty few and far between.
