For me, it would be better to allow people to post for sale ads for free.. I suspect we members are missing out on opportunities for some great deals because people will list in Craigslist or other sites before paying here just to sell one item....or possibly allow up to 2 or 3 listings free....
I recently recall the motion vega owner asking how to post his car for sale here...after being told that he would have to pay, he never listed the car, but it showed up on craigslist..as it turns out, it is probably a clone....but, just imagine if it were real for that price... just my opinion... |

I don't mind the pay to play rule...I do object to the no comments or questions rules. Yes, there were some issues in the past with inappropriate comments, but most folks were only adding to the process in a positive way. The discussion also "livened" things up a little...just my take.
