Not to throw a wet blanket on Valentines Day, but it was Joe's birthday, he would have been only 25. He thought it was a stupid holiday and was probably razzed fairly well by the kids in school. Joe was a history major and had recently taken a trip to Europe with his brother Jimbo. His only requirement for the trip was that they went to Normandy. He is pictured below on that infamous beach.
