It is a shame but the trim tag does not give any information about the original drive train. In addition to the engine stuff mentioned post some pictures of the underside, rear end, trans crossmember and core support. This may help also.

I will get pics for you.

I wish the state would not have put the privacy to act include title searches. Back in the day I traced some cars back to the original owner and got the story on the original purchase, old pics and some documentation. I even have dealer paperwork for a COPO RS Camaro, Prob the rarest car I have come across ever.
This is one car where I need this as there is really nothing.
The org engine and trans are long gone. I will try to get some pics and post them.
If anyone is close to Frederick Md and would like to see it in person that is not a problem.

-several clear Core support pictures would help, measure how big the hole is.

-what is the axel code?
