It is an application process not a vote. The car has had a bath, the picture I posted was when I found the car and loaded it to finally bring it back home. I know it will take a few minutes to fill that form out and I appreciate any help I can get. I know the chances are slim next to none but I figure not trying is a guarantee it won't get picked.
