Unfortunately the courts look at this as "just another property crime". You basically have to almost kill someone to get any kind of REAL jail time sentence and sometimes even that is a joke! Then you have the "other side of the coin" where the idiots that legitimately own these kind or other vehicles commit insurance fraud with them because they are "hard up" for money... This is why thefts/frauds are so out of control and why we pay such high insurance costs!! I could go on and on but I'll stop and get off my soap box now!! I hope this car is recovered for the owner's sake... Rich
