plastic speedo gear

Thanks for the info. But here is some ignorance on my part. Comparing my speedo gear with the ones on your recommended sites indicates that mine is fine. It does not spin the internals of my reducer though. When I shine a light down into the hole where the gear normally inserts, there is nothing for the plastic gear to insert into. I can put a straight slot screwdriver down into the reducer hole and spin the reducer mechanism, but my plastic gear just spins freely when inserted into the hole. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/hmmm.gif[/img]
