From past experience on the track & the dyno, the Crane 143 blueprint is the way to go...and it's available again via Summit:

As for lifters, I'd recommend any name brand lifter w/ the edm hole on the face.

What do you guys think of this COMP Cam Part # 11-106-3
Product Line >>> COMP Cams Factory Muscle Camshafts.
I see the specs are identical to the Crane you mentioned above.
The only difference is the Comp Cam shows the advertised Intake + Exhaust Duration and Crane doesn't.

Comp is $130 compared to Crane's $246
