Being a genuine Motion engine w/ paper is something yes but what Joel started from may have a larger impact on value?!
If he bought an L88 block from GM or built the engine to L88 specs from a lesser HP block, what stampings it has may make it more valuable than the whole thing is worth as a Motion engine?.
What I'm getting at is if a '67 3904351 casting I believe that's pre CE so again the stamping is very important!.
An original IT Suffix stamped '67 L88 block and especially if Vinless would be worth very serious dough to the 'Vette boys alone...plus the value of the balance of the parts!.
