The QQ code is for Verdoro Green. This was a Pontiac color in '68 but over the years a small sample of Camaros have been seen with the paint code. I'm not sure why it wouldn't have been indicated with a --- paint code as it so rare you could not consider it a "production" color for a Camaro. However, I'm sure it is legit that way on the cowl tag and that was the original color for your car.
