Vent regarding ebay buyer

Sometimes it's best to just forget about it. I bought a 3 spoke steering wheel from e-bay a week or so ago. The pictures looked good. The wheel had the chrome horn cap on it in the pics. When I took the cap off, there is an extra hole hawged in the wheel and the surface where the nut goes is all chewed up. I didn't ask any questions before I bought it, so I guess it falls on me. The cap will cover it anyway.
