Red Light/Green Light Runners, Beware

Wow! Its just amazing how many people do not see cars stopped and redlights at an intersection. I've escaped that type of accident twice. Once I was the second car at an intersection and the light turned green the first car went, I saw a flash of something out of the corner of my eye and I stopped. A car came flying through the redlight. The second was I had an arrow at a turn lane and a truck came up through lanes of stopped traffic and ran the red light just missing my wife and I.
