SELLING CAR AT AUCTION vs BROKER

As a restoration shop owner this is what I do for people that want to sell a car. I do not require that the car be at my shop, until restoration work begins. I get all of the details of the car and as many pictures as the seller can take. I have some customers that are interested in different cars and I also find other people looking for that specific make/model. If I find a buyer and broker the deal, my fee is that my shop does any restoration work needed. If there is no restoration work needed, we may have a gentleman’s agreement that when the parties have a car that does need restoration work, it comes to Jireh Customs.
