I did a little bit of research, and apparently Pilkington Classics are the guys you want to use. 1-800-848-1351 http://www.pilkington.com/the+americ...s/default1.htm

There is a claim they are the original makers of our glass and have all the correct logos and date codes. Not sure if this is true or not, someone will have to chime in.
