Good pair of 3946074 GM aluminum heads.
Dated 6.11.70 and 6.17.70
One of the heads has some very minor weld on an intake and exhaust rocker boss, other head is clean.
Valve guides are good. I think a quick valve job will be all these heads would need.
There are some heli-coils.

Here's a pic to show the very minor repair on 2 rocker bosses. There are ARP studs in the heads and with some minor clean up, the repairs would nearly be undetectable.
