Date Codes on Keystone Wheels

Does anyone have any idea where a date code could be found on vintage Kustomag Klassics? I've found everything cast in the centers so far. . .

"K-Mag", "15", "4.75", and this . . . "C-164-E" <---- Is that the date code?!

March 1st, 1964, something?

From what I've found, the earliest ad for these was circa 1964, but I've seen that the earliest ones didn't have the centers black; they were just bare cast aluminum.

I don't have a full set yet. I will be getting a pair of fronts (15x4's) to compliment the big 15x10's out back. Already have a price agreed upon by the seller and myself; just waiting for my tax refund to come in.
