The single Dupree pump will barely supply enough fuel for 250 hp. If the car was a drag car, hopefully you can get more documentation on its racing career and previous owners. Pics of its early configuration would be very helpful.
Who knows what Joel actually has for records. I would advise you to do as much homework so that you can make a plausible case why you believe it could have gone through his shop. Pay the documentation fee if you care to validate your suspicions. Otherwise you’ve got a neat old drag car with some interesting history to research. That would be enough for me to enjoy. Good Luck!
