Exhaust manifold 3864613-what did it come on?

It could be correct for truck applications as well... but my source books don't cover truck apps.

Truck also I have a small mountain of them, There are still a large amount of those old trucks around here. When ever I find one for under 600 thats a runner I snag them for parts.
