------My 70 LT1 Corvette turned a 12.90 with headers, too tall slicks, and smog removed three weeks after I bought it brand new.Slicks were so tall I only ran the first three gears even though the car had 4:11s. Absolutely no other tuning was done, and everything else was bone stock. Yes!!! The LT1s would run
