orange is usually the blower motor but thats a little heavy for that

I think that's the wire for the A/C that has (supposed to have where it was clipped) the inline fuse?

I think That the orange wire is not used when you have A/C.
I think it is just cut and taped to the wire loom from the factory.

Thanks - just out of curiousity then - what was it used for if NO a/c? I would have thought that the a/c would require more wires, not less.

Assembly manual not much help, just shows orange wire to blower motor.

A/C has another harness (and additional hole in cowl)
I too think its the non A/C blower motor wire - clipped and taped back to harness.

I have the same mystery orange wire on the 69 Nova 350 A/C

If you are referring to the high speed blower motor inline fuse, that is in place and functioning so I think I'm OK there. Thanks
