I was looking at the #'s of an NCRS Top-Flite Survivor '65 Fuelie and am pretty sure it had the F..
It was also a March engine build but earlier in the month and on casting # 3782870 ..

I cannot say I have seen a Corvette SBC of the era that did not start with the "F" in the prefix. All Corvette engines came from Flint. Furthermore, I cannot say I have seen a 327 F.I. car that was not on a 870 block. But, there is always a chance. Could you post some pics of the casting #'s and the deck?

Thanks,

Tim
