The "SS" Knobs look to be for early muncie shifters with the T lockout bar. Large 9/16" thread with recess for the pull handle.

Not sure when all of these were made. The applications on the breathers stop in 1966 so I think that is when they were produced. Some parts are definitely later since the Camaro did not come out until 67.
