[/ QUOTE ] If you are paying for an item and you live in another state, send him payment ( wire or M/O ), if he does not deliver to you as described and can prove it, Interstate Fraud exists. I think you would need to contact the IRS on that. Federal Law Endorcement Agency to contact I do not know.
