Three or four years ago, it was quite muddy, so I know it's par for the course for the Phoenix metro area in Jan. Plus, my dad has lived there since '00, so I've encountered one of those nifty dust storms AND the poor driving on the 101.

I see no FOR SALE signs in the windows but do notice them on the seats inside the vehicles once in awhile. Is this a rule or customary?

1. Please wear a hat while on vacation in Arizona. We feel that this mirage of you moving there is caused by warm weather and direct sunlight.

2. Black Widow Spiders - They like to live behind down spouts and in 69 Chevelle SS engine compartments.

3. Rattle Snakes - They like to take short cuts thru your yard and hangout in your garage overnight.

4. Scorpions - You will have to check your boots and shoes continuously if you move there. They also like to live under chevelle floor mats.

Hope you enjoy your VACATION in Arizona and wish you a speedy returm home to Maryland. Beside's, if you moved there, who would take pictures at the Lowes Cruise and Car Shows here....ME ?????

You and Don can do the Lowes Cruise pics. Claire and I submitted contracts on 3 different houses today. There is a clear front-runner we hope to get, the other 2 are very nice, but the front-runner is the best. If any are accepted, I'll post up more info.

I decided to push my luck there Saturday with my wife's Caddy...I had a sign laying flat on each corner of the dashboard, one on the rear package tray, and one on each of the front seats. And although I did have a price shown on the signs, they did not say 'FOR SALE' anywhere on them. No one said anything to me....but then I had the car sold and was gone before noon
