If you're looking for this fitting, it looks like there are two pieces to it. One looks to be a tee and then another fitting that goes between the tee and the nut that screws into the carburetor.

Speaking of dealer plates, does anyone know if Chevy had a specfic display plate in '62? I've never followed that end of the hobby, but that '69 plate I have has peaked an interest in one from '62 (if there was such a thing).
