have you considered Craigslist, it's free and in a bigger city like Seattle you would get decent exposure. It is easy to use and I've had success with a lot of off the wall stuff. Prepare to get lowballed, some people view it as a garage sale.

Figures someone was complaining. That is usually how this all starts. Personally E-bay could probably care less but when it is brought to their attention and does violate some little policy they have to act on it..

I had a listing pulled for a parts car I had for sale.It was just a bare shell.I put in the add that if the winning bidder didnt want the entire car they were welcome to come down and take what they need and I would scrap the rest. They kept saying that I was trying to sell parts off the car.O.K. I am willing to pay the $125 listing fee just to sell a few parts?I kept telling them that somebody had to actually win the auction, then I would remove what they needed and scrap the car. They still didnt understand.I removed the wording.Got a whopping 4199 for the car.I would have made more money scrapping it.Idiots.

Craigs list only seams to work 20% of the time, if you have something wierd like mint green seatbelts probably not going to sell them local but some guy in Florida has a car for them,
I dont mind haggeling and enjoy it most of the time but I seam to run into the local weirdo tightwads then to top it off when they get here there really are not into the parts but want to snoop around, so I hardly list local anymore on Muscle parts. ![]() |

I run scans on Jaxed several times a day. It is an all automotive site mash for Craigslist. It searches all the Craigslists in the country. Now mind you, it is for the buying side and not the selling side. I have run across some pretty good deals and I never seem to hear anyone mention Jaxed.

Ebay has noticed I think in their falling numbers. I get emails from them offering me 5 free listings and other listings other things.
If they were on top and making huge numbers, they wouldn't be offering those things in my eyes. |

really to bad as I think there are allott of guys with weird/rare obscure parts that would love to get them to someone that needs them. if they would lift the PayPal thing I would swing with them again.
