You know, I've asked him about the exhaust within an e-mail but he didn't reply to it. I'll have to press him a bit about it as I'm going to be in the market for one for my Bel Air.

Tom... Sorry , I guess I did not reply to your email on the exhaust I put on my Biscayne. It was a couple of years ago when I got it installed. It is a 2 1/2 stainless custom job done at a local shop . I wanted it to have the right bends as original. This cars resto has taken a few years with numerous set backs . Had issues with the block , and the engine has been out 3 times.
Picking up the freshly painted 15x6 steelies today, and will have the tires mounted today as well. Have two sets of rims. Have the steels with poverty caps, and will also use ralley's with police caps. Both sets of rims are done in Frost Lime.

I just thought I'd give you a hard time. ![]() As you went for the original bends, I'm guessing your system is fairly close to the one Waldon's Antique Exhaust sells, aside from maybe your mufflers as I don't know what you put on there. Here's the Waldron's link for those interested: http://waldronexhaust.com/shop/produ...oducts_id=3938 Looking foward to seeing it completed. I just hope SMS doesn't take a year on the door panels. |
