The nova was a 1969 that he bought brand new. It had a 540 with a clutch turbo and 9 inch slicks. He always drove the car to the track, took the street tires off and put slicks on. I asked him what he would do if it broke. He said he would call his wife and she would come pick him up with the tow bar. Cool guy and a cool car.

It's now running a 540 with a turbo automatic. He bought it new. Ran low 10's. Fully streetable. We cruised together at the Mundelein Cruise. It's got a lot of Palmer's secrets inside it. He had the cam specially made. Originally ran a clutch turbo in it. It is for sale. I believe Greg from Sticker Dude is involved with the sale.

I made an error. It's Greg from Elite Motors that is trying to help Palmer's wife with the sale. His number is 815 229 1313.
