I want that DAY2 look for my 69 Nova. E/T Mags, redlines, cheater slicks and past hues. What more do you need? Other then a high winding small block and headers, I have all I need. I have the heart and sole for a high winder!
![]() I never considered that the "recap" Hursts could blow apart like a trailer tire. I wouldn't want that to happed to fresh 1/4's and paint. ![]()

I talked to several people who stated that the Hurst slicks have been made as re-capps for many, many years now and they have never heard of them coming apart...
