Here's a picture of mine Patrick which was done by Jim Baker at Show Board Signs in Maryland. There are lots of suppliers out there doing these so you should find one you will be happy with.
I laid out the design myself and had him finish it. The one thing I would do different is not have the car picture on it since the sign sits in front of the car anyway  A pet peeve of mine with these is not to have too much information on them as they become tiresome to read. Just my personal opinion. Good luck.
